I am a freelance UX & Web Designer with a knack for turning user insight into intuitive product experiences. Before design, I spent five years in SaaS Support and Knowledge Management roles, helping e-commerce and healthcare companies launch features, reduce friction, and scale more sustainably. I’ve sat in the weeds with users, mapped their pain points, and worked cross-functionally to ship accessible, high-impact features. In doing so I’ve helped mitigate millions of dollars 💸 in support debt.

A partnership between Future of Good and Environics Research, the Changemaker Wellbeing Index is the most comprehensive research on the wellbeing of nonprofit workers ever conducted in Canada. I designed and built a microsite to present key findings in an engaging way and increase Future of Good membership signups.
