With five years in Support and Knowledge Management roles at SaaS companies in the e-commerce and healthcare sectors, I’ve spent countless hours listening to users, understanding their frustrations, and translating their needs into actionable solutions. Working with Product teams, I’ve helped implement more accessible features and played a key role in mitigating millions of dollars in support debt.
